Born in Trabzon in 1971, Perihan Sadıkoğlu received her education at a primary school, secondary and high school in Istanbul. She completed her education at the Painting Department of Graphic Main Art Branch of Ataturk Faculty of Education at Marmara University in 1994. She completed her master education at English Business Administration Department the Foundation of Contemporary Sciences at Marmara University in 1995. She founded her own Graphic Design Department agency in 1996. She drawn graphic designs for 6 years. She concentrated on her paintings since 1999 and participated in 11 solo exhibitions as well as 68 group exhibitions. She founded artistic design workshop in 2002. She organized studies until 2005 in her workshop. She went to Egypt in 2003 and took photographs and videos and examined the civilization. In 2006, she completed her thesis, the subject of which is “The Impacts of Antique Egypt on Modern Art and A Re-Interpretation” she started under the inspection of Prof. Ozdemir Altan at Yeditepe University in 2004. She completed her master education at Faculty of Fine Arts at Yeditepe University in 2006. She created paintings with the subject of Antique Egypt in 2004 and exhibited these studies in Ankara Art Fair in 2005. She gave speeches with Ümit Gezgin, an art critic, and Sociolog Ayhan Kalaycı on “The Mystery of Antique Egypt” in 2005. Her thesis titled as “The Impacts of Antique Egypt on Modern Art and A Re-Interpretation” was published in two books, one of which is in English and the other is in Turkish on 29 March of 2007 under the name of “Ancient Egyptian Art and Influences on Modern Time through History”.
